1. What is the printable size?

   • Our printers are capable to print an object of approximately 400x400x600 mm.

2. What materials are available for printing?

   • PLA – ABS – TPU (Polymers)

3. What is the costing procedure?

   • First you need to send us the .STL file of the object that is needed to be printed then our representative will provide you with the net cost of your object according to the weight of the object as per your desired requirements.

4. How are these products made?

   • We use industrial size 3D Printers to create your products, often in combination with certain technique followed in the industry.

5. How does 3D printing work?

   • 3D Printing takes digital files and turns them into physical products. It is often referred to as additive manufacturing, as the product is built up layer by layer in the material of your choosing. 3D Printing refers to several different processes that are applied based on the specific material type, including the most popular, selective laser sintering.

6. Where are your production facilities located?

   • We currently reside in Karachi our production facility located in Shaheed-e-Millat Road inside Silk Mall.

7. I have an idea - can you design it for me?

   • Print 3D provides CAD services; our team is full of experienced designer. Additional charges may apply if you get the design job done by us.

8. I have a 3D printer(s) - can I get supplies like filament?

   • Yes, you can order supplies for your printer like filament, extruder, etc.

9. How can I contact Print 3D?

   • Please use our Contact page to find someone who can help you or you can contact us on our social media pages as well.

10. Which payment options can I use?

    • Bank Transfer: Orders can be paid for via wire (i.e., bank-to-bank transfer). You will be provided with bank credential as soon as you make an order.
    • POS:You can just swipe your debit/credit card at our facility center on POS Terminal. Charges Applies.
    • Easy Paisa: You can just scan the QR Code on our site and pay instantly into our easy paisa account.
    • Cash:Orders can also be paid via cash. You will need to pay the amount by coming in person to our office.

11. What happens after I place an order?

    • After you place an order, our 3D printing experts will manually review every item to make sure we can manufacture it successfully. Once it is deemed to be viable for printing, we manufacture products using the most advanced 3D printing technology available. Then, we inspect the quality of each product, carefully package it, and send it your way.

12. What is the delivery time for Print 3D products?

    • Delivery time for Print 3D orders varies based on the complexity of the ordered object and the shipping option selected usually we deliver orders within 7 business days.

13. I need my product faster than the regular delivery time. Can you rush my order?

    • Yes! Please contact us on our WhatsApp or landline number contact page to make a pickup appointment.

14. What are your shipping options and rates?

    • We currently ship your products via SpeedEX/TCS. Rates are determined by the item size and its weight.

15. I have placed two separate orders. Can you combine them into one shipment?

    • Yes, you can we try our best to minimize additional courier charges.

16. Can I ship to a country other than my own?

    • We only provide services in Pakistan.

17. Do you ship worldwide?

    • No!

18. Do you offer educational discounts?

    • Yes, by showing student ID Card, 25% FLAT discount can be given to students.

19. Do you offer volume discounts?

    • Yes, depending of the volume of your product we provide discounts.

20. How can I check the status of my order?

    • You can contact us on phone or email to know the status of your order.

21. How can I change or cancel my order?

    • Orders needed to be cancelled or changed before the printing. You need to make sure that the item you are ordering are correct and accurate as per your needs.

22. Can I add a product to an existing order?

    • Yes, you can add as many products to an existing order as you can.

23. My order arrived, but there's a problem with it.

    • You need to contact us within 24 hours after the delivery of the order. If you have encountered any issues in it, we will fix it for free.
